ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent for not to harass the petitioners in the civil matter in alleged unknown CSR/unknown Crime Number/2026 on the file of respondent the Inspector of Police, C-1, Kottur Police Station.

2.The contention of the petitioners is that the petitioners are second hand car brokers, doing business for commission in the name of Sri Akshya Cars. One Muthusamy entrusted the car for sale with the petitioners and the petitioners sold the car to Shanmuga Sundaram/defacto complainant. The car had a loan of Rs.8,00,000/- availed from Piramal Finance and 56 instalments ought to be paid. Now 32 instalments have been paid by the third respondent and thereafter, presently making allegation as though he has been cheated. 3.Considering the submission and on perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the third respondent lodged a complaint and CSR No.2062 of 2025 assigned on 13.12.2025. The petitioners and the third respondent

appeared before the second respondent police. Thereafter, they were not called for any enquiry. In any event, CSR No.2062 of 2025 enquiry to be concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and for further enquiry, if they required, notice to be issued for the appearance of the petitioners.

4. In view of the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
