By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2/6

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st Respondent Letter No. 1662/H1/2025-1 Dated 07.05.2025 and quash the same to a limited extent of so far declaring 2 (two) Assistant/Associate Professors in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering as surplus alone is concern, consequently issue direction to respondents to retain the petitioner in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by virtue of an impugned order dated 07.05.2025, they deputed the petitioner to some other place.

However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the impugned order is a inter-office communication, by and in which, the right of the petitioner is no way infringed and only based upon the presumption and assumption, the petitioner has approached this Court.

6. I am in fully agreement with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent. Hence, I do not find any merits in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
7. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner invite the attention of this Court that she had already sent representations to the 5th respondent on 07.04.2025 and 08.05.2025.
8. In such view of the fact, though this Court dismissed the writ petition, directs the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's above representations dated 07.04.2025 and 08.05.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
