Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the ABE Autorickshaw bearing registration no.TN-24-H-7180 seized by the Inspector of Police, Civil Supplies CID, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District on 06.06.2014 to the petitioner.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent, who initiated action under the Essential Commodities Act has commenced enquiry and the witnesses have been examined today, ie., on 03.03.2015 and the petitioner also participated in the enquiry.

4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
