Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the 2nd respondent given adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2020 for fix the boundaries and laying stones in survey No.157/44, No.178, Palaverkadu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District and pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaints lodged by both the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner have been closed on account of the civil dispute.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that his father has obtained permanent injunction in the suit levied by him against the counter petitioner's father in O.S.No.186/2001, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri. In such view of the matter, it is open to the petitioner to enforce the abovesaid order obtained by his father in the civil court in accordance with law.

3. In the light of the abovesaid factors, nothing further survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
