This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to give police protection to the 1st respondent and its officials to remove the encroachment caused by the 4th respondent in the Wakf property at 182, New No.361, Quaide Milleth Road, Triplicane High Road, Chennai.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost.
