ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025 to not to interfere in the petitioner's civil dispute and consequently not to harass the petitioner based on the 4th respondents complaint.

2. It is seen that the premises owned by the fourth respondent were leased out to the petitioner. The petitioner indulged in illegal activities by selling banned tobacco products on the said premises. Consequently, the second respondent registered FIRs against the petitioner in Crime No. 97 of 2022 and Crime No. 42 of 2023. Apart from these cases, the petitioner was also involved in another case in S.T.C. No. 547 of 2025, wherein she pleaded guilty and paid the fine. This being the case, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking a direction to the police not to harass her. Since the petitioner is a habitual accused, she is not entitled to the relief sought in this petition. Furthermore, the subject property is currently facing statutory action by the Public Health Department. Therefore, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
