Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceeding in No.Pen12/2/rev/11209929/1314/MISC-NAR/153 dated 18.03.2014 of the 4th respondent, quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to pay the bonus increment to the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.562 dated 28.10.1998 for the period of service as Elementary School Headmaster from 08.07.1969 till 30.04.2000 with attendant service and pension benefits.
