ORDER
The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri in E.O.P.No.3 of 2011 dated 29.04.2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that, the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.On perusal of the records, it is challenged to declare the election of the 1st respondent of the Booganahalli Village Panchayat as null and void and to order for recount of the votes polled dated 19.10.2011. By this time, the period for the elected member also completed. Hence, the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous.
4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is Closed. No costs.
