ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506 of IPC in Crime No.957 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant who is an Engineer (Panchayath Union) went to the site for inspection where the staffs of Union laid the cement road. At that time, the petitioner quarrelled with the defacto complainant questioning him on what authority, he inspected the premises without his consent who is the none other than the husband of the said Village Panchayat Union President. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that apart from the above said allegation, there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions on either side and the fact that there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner and not allowing the public servant to do his duty, this court, is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
