ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, an affidavit is filed by the second respondent stating that as directed by this Court, representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed on 25.06.2024, whereby, a proposal is also sent to the Government for relaxation of the Rules.

2. Therefore, even though the petitioner's grievance has not been redressed, the order of this Court, dated 03.04.2023 in W.P.No.10391 of 2023 has been complied with. It is needless to mention that the respondents will follow up the said proposal.

3. With the said observations, this Contempt Petition is closed. 27.06.2024 : no grs 2/4
