This Writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed to direct the second respondent police to produce the petitioner's wife 1.Chandra alia Malathi (F/29 yrs), sons 2. Balaji (M/9 yrs) and 3. Shanmugavelan (M/ 7years) before this Court and set them at liberty

2. The prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructous. The petitioner's wife who was produced before us, expressed that she intended to reconcile and live with her husband/petitioner.
