O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 19/11/2014, passed by the first respondent in his proceedings No.SE.MU.NA.KA.No.7874/2013/E2.
2. Heard Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent, Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the second respondent and Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner had paid the rent and also given an undertaking to continue to pay the fair rent fixed by the first respondent. Page No:2/4
4. In such a view of the matter, the first respondent may regularise his tenancy after the petitioner complying the above conditions i.e., filing an affidavit of undertaking admitting the title and pay the fair rent.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16/12/2022 Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes Speaking/non speaking order mvs.
