3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proceedings alleged to have been filed before the VI Additional Family Court in O.P.No.1004/2023 has been withdrawn on 18.07.2023 and hence nothing survives in this application.

4. In view of the above submission, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
