ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the enquiry initiated by the first respondent by his Charges Memo, Na.Ka.No.361/2021-2/uo, dated 29.09.2023 under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) rules considering the petitioner's reply dated 24.10.2023.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents submitted that enquiry would be completed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders in respect of the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide charge memorandum in Na.Ka.No.361/2021-2/uo, dated 29.09.2023 as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
