ORDER
When the contempt petition was taken up, learned standing counsel for the respondents, placing on record the calculation memo dated 22.7.2019, stated that the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner by way of installments.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, disputing the said statement, replied that on the basis of the settlement reached, the respondents have not cleared the entire amount.
3. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy by approaching the Labour Court. Hence, the contempt petition stands dismissed.
