By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.A.Edwin prabakar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent.

3.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner dated 14.7.2014 and representation dated 23.12.2014, conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.Aggrieved by the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Land Reform, Erode dated 03.07.2014, the petitioner has filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent on 14.07.2014 and since the same has not been disposed of, the petitioner has approached this Court.

5.It is seen that in the Revision Petition, the names of respondents 2 & 3 herein have not been included. Therefore, there will be a direction to the petitioner to file a Miscellaneous Petition, impleading the private respondents as respondents in the Revision Petition and the first respondent shall allow the said Miscellaneous Petition, implead the parties and thereafter issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents, hear the Revision Petition and decide the matter on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date on which the petitioner filed a Petition for impleading the private respondents. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
