Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1) (b) of Cr.PC praying to modify the condition order on condition that the petitioner is also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned and on deposit, the said amount has to be deposited by the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned to the credit of District mines and minerals foundation trust as non refundable deposit imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallore in Crl. M.P. No.1346/2020 in Cr. No.744/2019 dated 30.09.2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.
