2.When the writ petitions were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that in the disciplinary proceedings, orders had already been passed against the petitioners and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
