CRIME NO.46/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of Anticipatory Bail imposed in Cr.M.P.2571 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 in Cr.OP.No. 19111 of 2020 in Cr.No. 46/2020 i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ADITHYA VARADARJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 05.03.2021 in Crl.MP.No.2571 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.19111 of 2020, this Court has already modified the conditions imposed on the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions..

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed on the petitioner by order dated 05.03.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
