Sub Application No.47 of 2016 has been filed seeking permission to file the contempt petition against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 2.1.2014 passed in W.P.No.13192 of 2010.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant's son late C.Ravi filed the Writ Petition No.13192 of 2010 seeking a writ of mandamus to be issued, directing the second respondent therein to implement the order in No.E/6492/2001 dated 1.7.2002 passed by the Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, Erode and the said writ petition was allowed by order dated 2.1.2014 giving a direction to the second respondent therein to implement the order passed by the first respondent by giving all the consequential benefits to her son late C.Ravi. Since her son late C.Ravi died on 29.5.2014 due to an unexpected accident leaving behind her as the legal heir, he pleaded that permission may be granted to the applicant to pursue the remedy.

3. This Court, finding that the applicant's son late C.Ravi who got an order in Writ Petition No.13192 of 2010 dated 2.1.2014 is no more, permits the applicant, being the mother of the deceased, to file the contempt petition. The sub application is ordered accordingly.
