ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 30.06.2014 and thereby, direct the respondents to shift the EB transformer, in service connection No.026-023-417, found in the Northern side of her hospital to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Southern side of the hospital i.e. inner premises without any further delay.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondents have installed the transformer, they have not energized the same; however, Mr.P.R.Dilipkumar, the learned Standing counsel, who took notice for the respondents on 26.2.2015, on instructions submitted that the respondents had already installed the transfer and also energized the same on 11.02.2015. 3.The submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents is recorded.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
