ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records in CC No.17 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai and to pursue/examine the same and to quash the entire proceedings in CC No.17 of 2013 as against the petitioners herein. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent.

3.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, who were arrayed as A2 and 3 in CC No.17 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Prosecution had withdrawn its case against the petitioners herein.

5.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has furnished a copy of the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in C.C No.17 of 2013 on 23.09.2021. Based on the order passed in Crl MP No.16782 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021 filed by the prosecution withdrawing the case, by exercising the right under Section 321 Cr.PC, the consequential criminal proceedings in CC No.17 of 2013 is closed as withdrawn.

6. In the light of the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
