The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the Sections shown in the order dated 25.08.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No 15227 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the petitioner has inadvertently omitted to mention Section 353 IPC and he has mentioned only Sections 147, 447, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order incorporating Section 353 IPC as well and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order. In view of the above, registry is directed to include Section 353 IPC in Para 1 of the order dated 25.08.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No 15227 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties .
