Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the modified condition orderred in Crl.M.P.No.6921 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10132 of 2021, dated 16/07/2021 which directs the petitioners to appear before the Respondent police every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDARRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 14.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed on the Crl.M.P.No.6921 of 2021 by order dated 16.07.2021.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 am. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing until further orders.
