Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (i) Relax the condition imposed on(e) the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. (CRL.MP.No.8792/2021 IN CRL OP.10487/2021) (ii) Relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders. (CRL.MP.No.8788/2021 IN CRL OP.10501/2021 ) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner IN BOTH THE PETITIONS and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent IN BOTH THE PETITIONS the court made the following order:-
Vide Order dated 23.06.2021, this Court had granted bail to the petitioners and directed that the petitioners to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.
5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.06.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m.. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
