This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the order dated 09.03.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.643 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court under POCSO Act, Nagapattinam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this revision, the main case in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2020 was already disposed of by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court under POCSO Act, Nagapattinam and this revision case may be dismissed as cause does not survives.
