2.Mr.Umashankar, learned counsel, who has joined the hearing, submits that the sole respondent has received the notice and he would file vakalatnama for the sole respondent in the ensuing week.

Be that as it may, Ms.Meera Gnanasekar, who is before this Court, submits that she represents the sole Arbitrator, who constituted the Arbitral Tribunal and requests for a weeks' time to submit the records of the AT in a sealed envelope as per the proceedings dated 14.07.2020. In the light of the aforesaid narrative, list this matter under the same caption on 05.08.2020.
