2. Considering the reasons stated therein in the request of the Court below for extending the further six months time to dispose I.D.No.180 of 2017, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of six months.

3. Accordingly, the time is extended for a further period of six months to dispose I.D.No.180 of 2017.
