..Respondents (in both W.Ps) Common Prayer:- Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to property tax demand notice dated Nil in Z.O.VII/R.D.C.No.Assr/SPL/2013-2014, to quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from taking any coercive action against the petitioner for recovering the alleged property tax due for the petitioner's property situated at Door No.13-A, Periyar Main Road, Shrinivasa Nagar, Padi, Chennai. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that during the pendency of these writ petitions the petitioners have paid the entire property tax and as on date there is no due. It is further stated that the mother of the petitioner has settled her property in favour of his son and both the petitioners seek permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
3. In the light of the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
