The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey and measure the petitioner's plot situated in Survey No.315/2A1B measuring an extent of 3510 sq.ft at Veeraganur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2015.
2. According to the petitioner, the land in Survey No.315/2A1B measures an extent of 1.11 acres and in the said land, the petitioner purchased an extent of 3510 square feet. Thereafter, the land was sub-divided and survey number was given as 315/2A1B. Since the land purchased by the petitioner could not be located, he gave a representation to the second respondent to measure the property. Though application was given on 29.01.2015, the respondents have not considered the representation given by the petitioner.
3. Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 29.01.2015 and pass orders within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 29.01.2015 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
