Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioner in directed to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11153 of 2021 dated 05/07/2021 in Cr.No.136 of 2021 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, All Ramanatham Police Station, Cuddalore District and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZH SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 05.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.07.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
