ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Sairaman, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.Roohus Abraham, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is the Correspondent of an aided school, which is functioning in Nagapattinam and as on date, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

school has got 2200 students. The petitioner is aggrieved by the location of the library, which is being constructed by the second respondent Municipality and it is stated that it is front of the school affecting the ingress and egress to the school. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.09.2014 and the same is pending before the first respondent.

In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, by issuing notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to both the parties, shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
