Heard Mr.G.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The Petitioner seeks for direction upon the respondent to deposit the amount which was agreed in the Mega Lok Adalat conducted by this Court on 20.09.2014.

3.It is rather unfortunate that the State owned Corporation has not complied with the award passed by the Lok Adalat in Mega Lok Adalat in promptly depositing the entire money as per the direction contained therein, which was consented to. It is to be noted that the Lok Adalat passed the award on 20.09.2014 and six weeks time was granted to the respondent/Corporation to deposit award amount and inspite of the same, the respondent/Corporation has not deposited the entire amount.
