It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the vehicles involved in this matter viz., JCP bearing No.TN 28 AF 2085 and Tipper Lorry bearing No.TN 39 BV 6512 have been entrusted to the Judicial Magistrate, Gangeyam on 20.11.2020 in P.R.No.68 of 2020. In such view of the matter, it is open to the petitioner to seek for interim custody of the vehicles involved in Crime No.866 of 2020 as per law.

With the abovesaid observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
