Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant in A.No.3266 of 2024 has made an endorsement that she is not pressing the Additional Document No.2 filed in the application. Hence, the application is dismissed in respect of Additional Document No.2.

3. The application is allowed in respect of Additional Document Nos.1 & 3. The Master shall receive the Additional Document Nos.1 & 3 subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
