(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10536 of 2020 vide order dated 14.07.2020, whereby the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
