(CRIME NO.13/2020) 2 FELIX @ SURESH KUMAR [2nd RESPONDENT/DEFACTO COMPLAINANT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of the order dated 26.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.1105/2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.02.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties.
