O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed in the light of the purported failure on the part for the respondent to comply with the order of this Court dated 29.09.2021 in W.P.No.17344 of 2020.

2.Today when this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.17344 of 2020 has been complied with and also filed a copy of the acknowledgment, wherein the petitioner has received the arrears of family pension for the period from April 1979 to December 2015, amounting to Rs.4,29,125/- and further arrears of family pension for the period commencing from January 2016 to November 2021 amounting to a sum of Rs.6,66,572/-.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
