[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking production of the detenu - Madhan Elumalai, aged about 23 years, the father of the detenu has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been secured on 06.12.2020 and handed over to the petitioner on the same day. 4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
