This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the debts in the name of Gyan Prakash Sharma, who died on 29.08.2019, to enable the petitioners to secure that particular amount. The mother of the petitioners died on 03.09.2018. The 1st and 2nd petitioners are the sons deceased, Gyan Prakash Sharma. The details of the securities had been given in the schedule to the petition.

2.After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence. Accordingly, the 2nd petitioner was examined as PW-1 and Exs.P1 to P11 had been marked. The death certificates of the father and mother were marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The legal heirship certificates of the father and mother were marked as Exs.P3 and P4. The copy of the SBI public provident fund account passport had been marked as Ex.P10. 3.In view of the evidence adduced, this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate may be issued in favour of the petitioners in accordance with the rules.
