Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the Impugned Orders of suspension in No. 3946/2014/A dated 26.08.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent consequential Order of Retention in Service passed by the 2nd respondent in Rc.No. 26252/2014/E3 dated 27.08.2014 and Charge Memo in Na.Ka. 3946/2014/A dated 23.09.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as null and void and without jurisdiction and authority and consequently direct the respondents to settle the retiral benefits including the sanction of regular pension and pensionary benefits with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of superannuation till the date of disbursement.
