Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against and 4th respondent and consequently consider the petitioner representation dated 15.07.2013 to the 3rd respondent to enquire about the Advocate of Nagapattinam Bar Association by name S.Vinayak who knows that this allegation stated is against the Rule and misusing the B.L.Degree in the name of other Advocate named Vinayagam and file a report to this Court and further proceedings of take legal action to respondents 5, 6, 7 and 8 also.

Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
