(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in case, a fresh cause of action arises and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"As the petitioner does not wish to pursue the WP further, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. In case of any fresh cause of action, she may be permitted to approach the Court."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. No costs.
