J U D G M E N T

There is no representation for the sole appellant. The learned counsel for the first respondent has filed a memo reporting that the sole appellant died on 29.05.2022. The said memo is taken on record. It is seen that though the sole appellant died in the year 2022, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant within the time prescribed by law.

2.Accordingly, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated by efflux of time. No costs.
