This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.4 of 2015 pending on the file of the Respondent within three months.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.4 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
