By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.M.A.Balasubramanian, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to immediately take up the applications dated 22.1.2015 of the petitioner and allot site in any place at Government Royapettah Hospital (annex-building), Royapettah, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Though the petitioner claims to be an Association of SelfEmployed youth, the respondents cannot be compelled to allot place within the Government Hospital and for that purpose a writ of mandamus cannot be issued.

5.Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioner Association from pursuing their representation dated 22.01.2015, before the first respondent and if such representation is submitted, the first respondent shall proceed in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
