The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, she has also filed a report dated 22.07.2024. Further, she filed a memo seeking additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.45,000/-.

2. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

3. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, though she requested for a sum of Rs.45,000/- as additional remuneration, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

4. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 07.08.2024.

5. Post this matter on 07.08.2024 for reporting compliance.
