ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1451 days in representing the appeal.
2. Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.M.Prem Kumar, learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6. Though having been served, there is no representation for respondents 2, 3, 7 and 8.
3. The delay in representing the case papers is 1451 days, which is very huge. Though the delay in representing would normally be condoned, since it is a huge delay, we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and its Environment Funds of Rs.5,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the present petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
4. On compliance of the above condition, the present petition stands ordered.
