ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14030 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14030 of 2020 on 09.09.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.14030 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
