This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction of the Learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.214 of 2014 within a stipulated time framed by this Court.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondent and others filed the suit for partition against the petitioner and others. A preliminary decree was passed on 29.04.2019. The petitioner filed I.A.No.2 of 2019, for passing final decree in terms of the preliminary decree.

3. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, service had been completed in this matter and matter is pending for filing counter by the respondents. Therefore, prays that the final decree application has to be disposed of within the time prescribed by this Court.

4. This is the suit for partition of the year 2014 and preliminary decree was passed in the year 2019. Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2014 and final decree petition is filed in this suit, this Court directs the Learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the final decree proceedings pending in I.A.No.2 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 16.09.2021 Index :Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order.
